The training is provided via our Airline Training internet Portal. The Airline Training Portal is best viewed with a 1024 x 768 screen resolution, using a recent version of Internet Explorer and Macromedia Flash Player. Use of other browsers may yield unpredictable results.

If your computer needs updating, you can download the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player, or you can download the current version of Internet Explorer. If problems persist, please feel free to contact us. Your computer needs to allow pop-up windows for the Airline Training Portal. If you are using any third party pop-up blocker software, you need to add the Airline Training Portal as an approved site to allow pop-up windows. If you are using Windows XP, you also need to allow pop-ups.
The minimum version of the Internet Explorer browser is 5.5.
The security settings for Internet Explorer must be set to "Medium" or lower for the courses to function properly. To adjust these settings within Internet Explorer select the "Tools" menu item from the Internet Explorer browsers menu bar. Then select "Internet Options" and afterwards the "Security" tab. Within the security window there is a slider bar to adjust the settings. Slide the bar to "Medium" or lower. If this slider bar is not visible, select the "Default Level" button at the bottom of the screen.
At this time the Airline Training Portal unfortunately cannot support use of Macintosh, Linux, or Unix Operating systems.
